What services does Harmon Services offer after solar systems are installed?

Harmon Services specializes in post‑installation care for solar systems and EV chargers. Our services include panel cleaning, full system inspections with detailed reports, inverter and battery troubleshooting, removal and reinstallation of panels, EV charger installation, critter guard installation, and more.

What’s included in a full system inspection with Harmon Services?

During a full system inspection we evaluate the health of your solar panels, check target output vs. actual performance by request, inspect inverters/optimizers/batteries, look for shade or debris issues, assess roof and mounting integrity, and provide you with a comprehensive report. This gives you peace of mind and helps prevent unexpected repairs.

Can you service solar systems installed by other companies?

Yes. Harmon Services can service systems installed by virtually any installer, manufacturer, or supplier, provided access is available and system information is shared. We’re focused on ensuring your system is running well, regardless of who installed it.

What happens if I need a replacement inverter, micro inverter or battery?

If during inspection or troubleshooting we determine a system component needs replacement (inverter, micro/optimizer, battery, CT, etc.), we’ll provide a quote, explain warranty implications, handle return if required and schedule the replacement. We manage technical logistics so you don’t have to.

Do you offer EV charger installation? How much does it cost?

Yes. Harmon Services installs EV chargers starting at $1,200 for standard residential installation. We handle permitting, wiring, charger mounting, and integrate it with your existing solar/battery system if applicable.

Will Harmon Services handle warranty transfers if I sell my home?

Yes. Harmon Services provides labor warranty transfers, so the new homeowner continues to receive coverage under your system’s warranty or our service standards. This requires an inspection and carries an additional cost.

How do I schedule a service call and what should I expect?

You can schedule a call by phone or online through our website. One of our technicians will arrive at the agreed time, in uniform, with all necessary tools, and will provide a detailed findings report, next steps, and any costs before starting non‑diagnostic work.

How do you support commercial systems or larger multi-site customers?

Harmon Services supports residential and commercial systems of all sizes. For multi‑site clients or large commercial installations we create a tailored service plan, and provide tiered pricing and reporting.

What geographic areas do you service?

We currently operate in the state of Arizona. As we expand, we’ll update the website with detailed service-area coverage, contact us and we’ll check availability.

Do you work with insurance claims, hail damage or roof repair issues related to solar systems?

Yes. We can assess hail or roof damage that affects your solar system, coordinate with roofing contractors, and collaborate with your insurance provider if required. We specialize in post-install solutions to complex scenarios.

Why should I choose Harmon Services instead of doing it myself or hiring another local handyman?

Solar systems and EV integrations can be complex and are often covered by manufacturer warranties or performance guarantees. Choosing Harmon Services means you get licensed technicians, branded standards, system‑wide support, and a history of reliable service. We focus exclusively on service — not just installs — which means we’re built for maintenance, optimization and lifecycle support.
